With a longstanding involvement in large-scale farming and agricultural activities, he has developed substantial practical insight into agricultural land, farm management, land development, and the commercial dynamics of the sector.

He has also been actively engaged in the construction and development of residential, commercial & Industrial properties on a substantial scale, giving him a strong understanding of real estate, property development, construction costs, land values, and market trends.

As the Founder and Chairman of UNIT-4 Consultants (Private) Limited, he provides strategic leadership and business direction to the organization. His diversified commercial background and practical industry experience have contributed to the development and growth of the company’s property and asset valuation-related services.

Javaid Iqbal

Javaid Iqbal is a highly experienced Civil Engineer and valuation professional with over three decades of extensive experience in civil engineering, construction, structural design, project execution, and property assessment. His long-standing field experience with the Government of Punjab’s Communication & Works Department, coupled with extensive exposure to major building and infrastructure projects, has given him a strong practical understanding of construction quality, building costs, land and property characteristics, and prevailing market considerations.

As a Director of Unit-4 Consultants, he is actively involved in property valuation assignments and personally conducts field visits, site inspections, measurements, and technical assessments. His expertise in evaluating the physical condition, construction quality, structural aspects, development potential, and other relevant characteristics of properties enables him to provide well-informed and technically sound valuation assessments.

With his extensive engineering background and hands-on field experience, Javaid Iqbal provides strong technical leadership to the company's valuation operations and contributes to maintaining professional, accurate, and market-oriented valuation standards.

Muhammad Rafique Zia Malik

M.R. Zia Malik is a seasoned valuation professional with extensive experience in real estate valuation, architectural design, construction, and property assessment. With a strong track record in handling complex valuation assignments, he possesses in-depth knowledge of market dynamics, construction methodologies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.

He also brings substantial experience in dealing with regulatory and professional bodies, ensuring effective compliance and coordination in valuation-related matters. As Senior General Manager, he provides strong technical and managerial oversight to the company’s valuation operations, contributing his extensive field expertise and professional judgment to deliver accurate, credible, and market-oriented valuation assessments.

As Operations Manager & Valuation Manager, he leads the company’s valuation operations, overseeing assignments from site inspection and technical assessment to final reporting and quality review. Kashif Siddique is a Chartered Accountant and the principal lead for UNIT-4 Consultants’ valuation and professional operations in the United Kingdom. He oversees UK-based valuation activities, client relationships, assignment coordination, property and asset assessment processes, and the overall quality and delivery of valuation reports.

With strong financial expertise, analytical capabilities, and a sound understanding of property and commercial matters, he provides strategic and professional oversight to the company’s UK valuation operations. His leadership plays a key role in strengthening UNIT-4 Consultants’ international presence and delivering independent, accurate, and professionally robust valuation services in the UK.

Anwar Abbas Anwar

Anwar Abbas Anwar is a distinguished legal professional and senior regulatory practitioner with extensive experience in legal, taxation, corporate, regulatory, and institutional affairs. He has held prominent positions within the legal and professional community, including Former Chairman of the Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan (IPO-Pakistan) and President and General Secretary of the Gujranwala Tax Bar.

As Head of Legal, Regulatory & Institutional Affairs at UNIT-4 Consultants, he provides senior-level legal and regulatory oversight on matters relating to professional operations, corporate requirements, contractual engagements, compliance, and institutional coordination.

His extensive legal practice, regulatory experience, and distinguished institutional leadership provide UNIT-4 Consultants with strong legal governance and professional oversight, particularly in matters involving property valuation, regulatory requirements, professional standards, and corporate engagements.
